Bryson Coopersmith is a psychopath

I assumed - albeit, incorrectly, that once I filed - the abuse I'm subjected to would abate.  Unfortunately, it's increased with a vengeance.  If I so much as doze off for a second, and no one is around - someone from Bryson Coopersmith's apartment - or Coopersmith, himself, comes into my apartment and uses some sort of electronic weapon to neutralize me and when I come to - I notice another body part has been sanded down.  This morning, it was my left hip and upper arm.  These people are monsters and must be stopped.

Goon alert

Yesterday, I filed a lawsuit against Tomlin and her criminal cohorts in Federal Court, and I assumed the harassment would start to abate.  This morning around 7:30 a.m., as I was typing away on my computer, I suddenly felt knocked in the head.  As I came to, I was lying on my side with my computer turned on it's side.  My formerly pristine legal papers, which were in my bag, were now askew around me, with black smudge marks on them - like shoe prints.  One paper in particular, the paper listing the judge handling my case had punch holes in the top of the paper, as if someone who had been wearing football cleats had stomped on the paper.

I realized to my horror, the goon living above me, Bryson Coopersmith, a New York policeman had been in again and just zapped me with a stun gun, taser, who knows what - while he ferreted around my papers.  I ran to the window he entered, only to find, a mirror I had left in front of it, as a semi-shield was broken.  I've tried the camera route - only to come home to find the tape removed from the recorder and rewound.  From now on, all typing is done in the mafia position, with my back against a wall.

What to do next~

The first order of business, according to the lawyers I spoke with - was to establish that the West Wing show knew of my existence.  To prove defamation, you have to prove that using my name was a deliberate act, as opposed to a coincidence.  Kinda hard to claim it was just an amazing coincidence that they happened to use my name - when I was the only Deborah Fiderer out there - but that was Aaron Sorkin's story.

I hired the efficient investigator, Diane Castellano, of Palm Springs, and asked her to find any sort of connection between Michelle Matthow and the show. 

Coincidentally, it just so happened, my brother worked with a woman who knew  a cameraman on the West Wing show.  He asked his coworker to find out how they got they name, Deborah Fiderer - without alerting him to the reason for the inquiry.  The cameraman, Eric Liebowitz , said, Lily Tomlin came up with the name.  The character is based on her, as she's had a history of drug use as well as erratic behavior.

Meanwhile, Diane called me about a week later and queried - "Deb, do you know if this Michelle Matthow is a lesbian? "  "I didn't think so, " I responded.  In fact, Matthow had made numerous disparaging comments about homosexuals, maintaining she hated the character Frasier because he seemed gay.  "Well," Diane continued, "I ask because the link between Matthow and the show is Tomlin, and I just wondered if they had some sort of relationship."  Sure enough, there were several web sites linking Matthow with Tomlin.

Now the cameraman's story jibed with what Diane had told me.  All roads point toward Tomlin.  Matthow must have met Tomlin in some capacity  - who piped up , "Hey, I'm going to be on this new show," and Matthow, thought, here's my chance to make a few bucks.

At the time I freely chatted with Diane on the phone, it never occurred to me my phone might be monitored.  At this point, I have no doubt that it was.  Shortly after I spoke with Diane, the web pages linking Matthow and Tomlin disappeared.  I have come to learn, that anyone with a few dollars can hire anyone to scrub anything from the internet.

Aaron Sorkin was arrested in 2001, for attempting to board a plane at Burbank airport with hallucinogenic mushrooms and  cocaine.  If you try to look up his criminal record, through various services such as intellius or been verified, there is no record of him having been arrested.  If it were not for newspaper reports, it would be as if the incident never happened.  Enough money can make anyone appear to be a choir boy.

Where have you been?

If you're wondering about my long absence from posting - it was a matter of self-preservation.  As soon as Tomlin (or someone from her camp) got wind of the fact that I was going public with my story - her harassment via thugs escalated.  I was told, (and realized myself) that until I filed a lawsuit - a public record of what's been going on - I would increase my chances of being harmed, if I started to expose Tomlin's criminal behavior.  I have since filed a lawsuit, (the primary purpose of which) was to muzzle her, and I'm hoping  by going public, Tomlin will let me alone.
